General Information
1. What CCTV systems do you install?
We install professional IP CCTV for homes and businesses, including 4MP and 4K options, ColorVu low-light cameras, AI person and vehicle detection, panoramic cameras and specialist commercial coverage where required.
2. Do you maintain systems installed by other companies?
Yes. We can inspect, fault-find, document and take over suitable CCTV and alarm systems even where we were not the original installer.
3. Can you upgrade part of an existing system?
Yes. Where existing equipment is still useful, we can keep it and upgrade only the cameras, recorder, storage, networking or weak areas that need improvement.
4. How long does installation take?
It depends on the property and system. Straightforward residential jobs may be completed in a day, while larger commercial or multi-site work is planned around the actual scope.
5. Do you provide aftercare?
Yes. We provide ongoing support, repairs, maintenance and monitoring options for suitable systems.
6. Do you work with both homes and businesses?
Yes. We install and support residential, commercial, managed-property and multi-site security systems.

Larger, unusual or multi-site projects move to a survey so we can check camera positions, cable routes, recording requirements and any existing equipment worth keeping.
On installation day, we confirm the final positions and cable routes with you before fixing equipment. We then install, configure the recorder or alarm, set up app access, show you how the system works and leave the site tidy. Qualifying new installations are backed by our 3-year warranty.
